A Stunning Bridal Styled Shoot of Sorbello Couture | James Monroe Highland

When it comes to us, nothing is better than a bride. That’s why we were so excited to work with a wonderful team of vendors to craft a Sorbello Couture bridal-styled shoot. This stunning, al fresco shoot features some of the most gorgeous gowns from Charlottesville-based designer Sorbello Couture. From a-line silhouettes to romantic lace, seeing this gowns was a total dream. Thankfully, we got to give these beautiful models hair + makeup that was just as gorgeous as their gowns.

For the shoot, we experimented with a few different looks including a diffused and smoky pink-hued eye look, some classic and neutral bridal makeup, and a bold lip. Our creative juices were certainly flowing as we worked on each of the gorgeous women involved in the shoot.

We adored being able to help craft these gorgeous images in any way, and we can’t wait for you to see some of our favorite shots from Jason Keefer Photography.

Kelly And Andy’s Wedding In Classic Spring | Early Mountain Vineyards

Sometimes, a classic wedding is just what we need! And it’s exactly what we got at Kelly + Andy’s classic spring Early Mountain Vineyards wedding. Between the cool details like Kelly’s blue sneakers to the sweet moments like this couple’s first look, everything about their day was perfect. We were so happy to be a part of it.

Of course with any wedding, our favorite part is always the bride, and Kelly was a joy to work with. Her beaming smile can light up a room, and we wanted to make sure it was front and center for her wedding day. For her makeup, we kept things natural but defined. On her eyes, we used a bit of eyeliner to highlight her lashline and bring out her hazel eyes.

Kelly’s skin is gorgeous, so we kept her natural glow and used a nude gloss on her lips. When it came to Kelly’s hair, we were all about an updo. Her bridal hair had just enough fun details, like a gorgeous braid on the side, to be fun and still classic.

Liz & Tyler’s Romantic Summer Pippin Hill Wedding

Classic color schemes, greenery, and a romantic summer setting? Yes, we’re totally smitten with Liz & Tyler’s romantic summertime Pippin Hill wedding. This unique blend of classic wedding design elements and romantic details had us feeling like we were living in a summer fairy tale.

Of course, while there were so many gorgeous elements of this big day, Liz was the absolute best part. Her stunning smile and bridal glow were unmatched, and we’re so glad we got to be part of making her feel even more beautiful than she already is naturally. For her hair, we wanted to keep things romantic, so we swept her blonde locks back in a half-up, half-down knot with tendrils falling around her face. With Liz’s makeup, we went defined but classic. Her eyes are so stunning, so we played them up with lashes and liner and kept the rest of her face glowing and natural.
